This hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the subway station, making it easy to access different parts of the city. The rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and good air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the top floor with a great view of the area.

The walls were thin and we could hear noise from the adjacent rooms. The parking was also limited and expensive.

The shuttle service provided from the station was a great convenience and made transportation easy. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, providing good customer service. The hot springs available on the premises were a nice element of relaxation after a long day of work.
The hotel is showing its age and could use some renovation or updates. The walls are quite thin and noise from neighboring rooms can be heard easily, disrupting sleep.

The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, especially the hot tub, the sauna and the Japanese bath. The location right next to the port was stunning, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful harbor view from our room. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and had lots of options to choose from. The transportation was convenient, with the Kobe Loopline bus stop and subway being so close to the hotel.
